Mental Health and Emails




Hello, and welcome back, So this post is a little different, it came out of the blue, I had someone contact me who was doing studies in college, and they were doing a subject on mental health, They contacted me saying that when they were doing their research they came across Rarars Adventures and found my post on world mental health day and found it really helpful.

Which was amazing and I was so pleased that the information that I shared was helpful,

The person also said that they had found some other information that might be useful to Rarars Adventures which was about Emails, this was something that I personally hadn't really thought of as I don't get many emails, as I'm not very big at this stage, and I went through the information from the link that they sent and found out that yes, this is something that probably does affect a lot of people, stress, anxiety, even depression, so I emailed them back and said that I would do a post about this and that I would share the link with all the information, as I feel this may help some people.
