Hello, and welcome back today we are doing a review on the Kudd.ly Blanket.
Now I've heard a lot about these and when my Mum offered to buy me one I thought I would be silly to say no, I'm not going to lie when it arrives in its case it is quite heavy but once it is open it is a lighter and easier to manage, you can get it in two colors Blue and Grey. it's really soft as well.
Kudd.ly blankets are a form of a weighted blanket that says that help with the following.
anxiety
wake up feeling refreshed
helps with aches legs
better sleep
so I felt I needed to test this out for myself,

For me I did like the fact that you felt like you were havening a cuddle that was really nice, I did also find that it helped with the pain side of things as well which was surprising to me as I thought it would cause more pain being that it is weighted.
I didn't find that for me it helps with my anxiety but that could just be me.
I loved the way it felt it's very soft and warm and lovey to snuggle up in in the evenings.
it's easy to wash which is always a bonus in my eyes.
I think if you like feeling like your having a cuddle and you struggle sleeping this is for you, it makes you feel calm and relaxed and may even help you sleep. obviously this is based all on my own opinion and everyone is different, but I have to say that the people that I have spoken to who have used this have said that It's amazing and that they love it, to the point where it's been calming with a child with ADHD.
