End of month Releases

Hello! I hope you are all well.

It's that time of the month again, to leave you a rundown of what I've been up to.

We have another Interview for you, And a couple of reviews, I also have some exciting news to share with you, I contacted another blogger and have done an interview with her about what I'm about I'm looking forward to that being released I'll leave the links once it comes out very exciting.

I thought I also share a little about what has been happening with me, As I haven't been too well, I had a cold, (No it wasn't covid) and it then went into a chest infection, ended up going on two courses of antibiotics which at first I thought they didn't work, long story cut short went back to the doctors and it wasn't a chest infection any more but my asthma from haven the chest infection it had irritated my lungs and caused them to swell which in turn was my asthma so I'm on a new inhaler to help manage that and I had to go on steroids medication 6 tablets daily for 7 days and that has help loads, I'm happy to say that I'm now feeling back to my normal self. (as much as I can be)

It's surprising how just getting a cold can affect you so much, I had to stop the small daily walks that I normally do and was very limited to how much I could do around the home from feeling completely tired and no energy to not being able to breathe, I am prone to chest infections but when you have other health problems it just knocks you for six. I'm sure I'm not alone in this and there are other people who find the same thing, I try and take extra vitamins to help build my immune system as it's so low from my invisible disabilities/illness but I have to be honest I don't know if they work? but I guess I'm trying to help myself as much as I can.

Anyway I hope you are all well and looking after yourself's, I just wanted to remind you that if you would be interested in doing an interview with me about your condition or visible/ invisible disabilities please contact me on here or email or text or call I'll leave details at the end, you can do it live or prerecorded and we can go through the questions before hand if that would help.

Have a lovely month take care!
