Hello, thank you for taking the time to read our monthly newsletter.
I'd firstly like to say sorry that there wasn't a newsletter the last couple of months but it's ok we are back on track.
I have been struggling myself a little with my own mental health and pain management which is why I haven't been hot on some of the work that I normally do, but I'm starting to feel better in myself now. I have changed some medication which is helping me and I am currently going to be having some blood work done and an investigation regarding my pain. So thank you for bearing with me.
We have some exciting news, last month we applied for make a wish with the Loins charity saying that we need a mobility scooter as we are hoping to extend Scooter Buddies to Worthing we heard back and they have donated a mobility scooter to us the pictures is down below we are very grateful and would like to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU to the Loins charity for helping us. We now just need one more mobility scooter and we will then be able to apply to
worthing council to start Scooter Buddies in Worthing which we are very excited about.
Scooter Buddies is running amazingly in Littlehampton. We have a lovely group of people who have said how much they love Scooter Buddies and that it is helping with confidence and mental health and they are making friends which is what Scooter Buddies is all about helping others!

Since our last newsletter, we have had a few releases that I am going to be leaving the links for down below so if you haven't had time to check them you can go and make a nice cuppa and catch up. Also, we are always looking for people to interview to share their stories about their disability or illness/conditions, to help spread awareness and we would love to hear from you if this is something that you might be interested in doing with us and as a thank you, you will also receive a small gift from Rarars Adventures as a thank you.
